The Problem
Small property and rental owners juggle tenants, payments, and renewals across spreadsheets and chat apps. Things slip, payments get missed, and nothing scales past a handful of units.

We built a clean dashboard that centralizes units, tenants, billing, and reminders, with automation for the repetitive parts. As a product we keep running, it gains features based on how real owners actually use it.
